At Ariel's Jewelry, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
