We offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective.

Yes, every purchase from Ariel's Jewelry includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
